Delivering
I am gifted at delivering a realistic, creative approach to the ideas I have. I am good at coming up with plans and coming up with goals on how to achieve and produce them. I plan to use my loving personality by creating genuine relationships with people I do business with. It is important for investors, associates, business partners and regular people to feel that they can trust you. "A partnership with a charity or international organization, such as the United Nations, can make employees feel proud of the company and boost the reputation of the company externally." (Davis, M., and Baldwin, J. (2006). More Than a Name: An Introduction to Branding. AVA Publishing. 118) To do so, it is crucial to be down-to-earth, understanding and genuine. I feel that my lovable personality will be an advantage in my goals. My curiosity will help me ask questions that I may have and will keep them coming. This will give my associates the impression that I care greatly about the outcome of my businesses. It will also give me the necessary information to run the business successfully and correctly. My though process will keep the ideas flowing. It is important that a business stays new and up-to-date. "A repositioning is when a brand shifts its positioning in its market without making any overt changes to its physical identity." (Davis, M., and Baldwin, J. (2006). More Than a Name: An Introduction to Branding. AVA Publishing. 62) A company can't do this if it stays in the same place it was in when it opened. Many companies such as Coca-Cola, Apple, Microsoft, and Wal-Mart even have made the necessary changes to stay relevant and keep their companies growing. "We expect more from brands and are influenced by changes in society, like globalization, travel, media proliferation and coverage of brands, and wider and greater 89individual spending power." (Davis, M., and Baldwin, J. (2006). More Than a Name: An Introduction to Branding. AVA Publishing. 9) If they didn't, they'd be out of business or one their way, like Sears. It is important for companies to grow a personal connection with people and give them what they want. "Brands, which have so often communicated to, rather than with, us are now seeking a ‘dialogue’ with their audiences." (Davis, M., and Baldwin, J. (2006). More Than a Name: An Introduction to Branding. AVA Publishing. 9)And in return, they get revenue. My ideas and rapid thought process will provide my business with longevity. "It encompasses both the visual and tangible elements of the brand, as well as the emotional and intangible pieces that create a connection between the brand and the consumer." (Davis, M., and Baldwin, J. (2006). More Than a Name: An Introduction to Branding. AVA Publishing. 12)

Specialty
My specialty is being creative in whatever I chose to do! I am striving to be a successful entrepreneur, whether it is in film, fashion or writing. I am very talented and am able to do a number of things thanks to my creative, crazy mind set. I am very ambitious, while my mind also makes it hard to focus on one project. I am working to reverse this so I can begin to make a name for myself. My God and my family have both been huge motivations in my life. Without the 2, I wouldn't be the woman I am today and I certainly wouldn't be where I am, mentally and physically. I feel that it would be impossible to go on without them, which is why I will continue to use them in my future journeys. I love people so much and have a natural care for them. My generosity, manners and respect for individuals will play into this. This is customer service will be the best it can be, because with out the great service, there is no business. "Service is the key seller for business and consequently it is the relationships between people that matter." (Davis, M., and Baldwin, J. (2006). More Than a Name: An Introduction to Branding. AVA Publishing. 114) Customers must feel good about their purchases in products, services, etc. to want to come back. "Attention to service works and many new brands have succeeded by simply taking an existing product offer and repackaging it with extra and efficient services." (Davis, M., and Baldwin, J. (2006). More Than a Name: An Introduction to Branding. AVA Publishing. 139) "The designer creates the narrative of the brand experience and this is best understood by working from the customer’s viewpoint." (Davis, M., and Baldwin, J. (2006). More Than a Name: An Introduction to Branding. AVA Publishing. 139) I think about how I feel when I leave a store after a purchase and a lot of times that will determine if I will come back or not. I want to be honest and sell the best products possible for old, new and potential customers. "This subtlety is a way of standing out by doing things differently. If the execution is clever, it will make people talk." (Davis, M., and Baldwin, J. (2006). More Than a Name: An Introduction to Branding. AVA Publishing. 134) My looks will also play a part in my future. Because I am a woman of color, it will show others that it is possible for one to get as far as i will and that all dreams are attainable. This will be a message for those who don't feel good about themselves as well as those who do. I would like to continue to be an exceptional figure for my race and those who feel less about themselves. My talents in fashion, film and writing, show that I am versatile and am not limited to only these specific areas. I am skilled in other interests and these happen to be my top abilities. "A brand is synonymous with the business and the style behind the product or service; it encompasses the people working for the company and a philosophy and spirit that sustains it. Brands offer a set of values, a vision and an attitude." (Davis, M., and Baldwin, J. (2006). More Than a Name: An Introduction to Branding. AVA Publishing. 27) I want to continuously prove to myself and peers that I am good enough and have what it takes to build and entrepreneurial empire. "Translation of brands to an audience is a fundamental element of branding. It is the emotional cornerstone for both the organization and the product being sold." (Davis, M., and Baldwin, J. (2006). More Than a Name: An Introduction to Branding. AVA Publishing.8) "A brand that behaves responsibly is able to boost its reputation, motivate staff, and build a positive profile for itself."(Davis, M., and Baldwin, J. (2006). Top Qualities
My top qualities, I feel, is my loving personality, my curiosity, my productive thought process, and my looks. I love people so much that I almost hate them. I cannot live with people but cannot imagine life without them. That is where my love for them comes in. I believe that people are what make the world go around, not money, like many say. I am nurturing to those who are in need of sympathy and very quick to comfort someone, sometimes without realizing. I am very loving toward my loved ones and am getting better at expressing it. "Each stakeholder may experience the brand in a different way, but there should be consistency in brand behavior." (Davis, M., and Baldwin, J. (2006). More Than a Name: An Introduction to Branding. AVA Publishing. 27) I enjoy showing my love in many ways such as gifts, hugs, kisses, gestures, verbally, etc. "The relationship between the brand and the consumer is two-way – what the consumer thinks of the brand matters as much as how the brand projects itself to the consumer." (Davis, M., and Baldwin, J. (2006). More Than a Name: An Introduction to Branding. AVA Publishing. 27) I love showing my love and appreciation for those I feel deserve it. My curiosity is what drives my imagination. I enjoy questioning and wondering. I can't process without it, I feel. I cannot go an hour without being curious about something. I feel that is important for everyone, that they make peace with their curiosity and learn to grow to approach them correctly. If they do, they will learn it is a rewarding ability. My productive thought process is my strength and weakness but I love it. It gives me something to lean on and develop as I go through life. I come up with new ideas everyday as well as elaborate on many old ones. One would be boggled and almost haunted by my thought process. I definitely plan to let this grow into something rather than diminish to nothing. I will use this as a stepping stool and take it with me to success. I want to use this as a strength and my blessing so I can have all the things I've imagined in my entrepreneurial goals. I love love love the way I look. I feel that I am rare, and extremely beautiful, regardless of what anyone else ever says! I have been told all my life how beautiful I am and it has gotten to me but in the best way possible. "Someone choosing to dress in a particular way, brand style can be a surface appearance or reflect a greater depth." (Davis, M., and Baldwin, J. (2006). More Than a Name: An Introduction to Branding. AVA Publishing. 82) I feel that I have my family to mostly thank for that as well as peers and associates. I admire my auras and the ways I fix my faces for whatever responses I am prepared to make. I am glad I look and feel the way I do. I am comfortable in my skin and only want to improve as I go.
Talents
I am very good at being generous. I am good at being curious and I am very good at having manners and respect for people. For generosity, even though I don't always feel like doing it, I would go to the end of the world, just to help a friend with their issues. I am naturally giving and love to make people happy. I guess you can call me a "people-pleaser". I see nothing wrong with it, as long as you have enough control of the situation. "A dominant personality behind the brand can also create a style for the brand by projecting a certain character and values on the brand." (pg. 82) I love being curious, because it makes me think about things harder than usual. I told you, I think I have ADHD, in some possible way. "This can be done through a highly visible founder with charisma or through an inanimate character or a person associated with the brand." (Davis, M., and Baldwin, J. (2006). More Than a Name: An Introduction to Branding. AVA Publishing. 82) With that, I like to wonder and depending on the person, I will ask them about my curiosity and go from there. It keeps me on my toes and in-the-know about certain things. I like to be well-informed and educated. It also would help to be the smartest one in the room. This is another reason why I am curious about a lot of thing. Having manners is big to me a simple hello or thank you or even please is what makes me respect people more. I respect myself even more, when I become the bigger person and using my manners regardless of the situation. It is teaching me a lot of discipline and maturity. I am learning how to deal with rude people and handle my anger and frustration issues better. I feel that I am one of a kind and enjoy being very rare. People call this out to me often about how I am different and not like most kids these days. That is something I like to be proud of and brag about. I think this is a reason why so many like me and enjoying talking and being around me. It is upsetting to know that some people do not feel the same nor act the same as I do toward each other. Like, I said, this is why family is so important because it was them who taught me how to be a respectable young lady.
Passions
Like I said before, I do not have any passions but for creativity. I really enjoy film, fashion and writing. I hope to someday be able to build an empire around those industries. It is essential for me to grasp onto one project at a time, so I can focus and turn it into the best brand I can. It is a difficult task for me, but I think I am up for the challenge. I feel that film is such a great outlet for creativity because it allows you to put scenes to a script. It shows you a world the director sees. It may be different from your imagination, but that is why it is so sacred to me. Fashion is never done. It always evolves and outdoes itself each and every time. Many people love it, many hate it. But we all need it. Whether it's a Chanel tote, a Balmain skirt or a t-shirt and jeans, it is still fashion and illegal without. I like the thought of being able to create my own line. I have found myself very creative with drawing the croquis and clothes for them. I found that I was really good at this when I was about 16 or 17. I am still surprised that I dove into the school side of it, something I didn't put enough time into. As for writing, it is easier for me because verbal expression is what I struggle most with. In writing, I feel smarter, I feel invincible, in control and educated. I can be who I want, where I want and how I want. That is what I adore about writing. I also am very interested in scripts. Scripts are what make the movie. The visuals are awesome, but the script is a tad-more important. Some of the best men in Hollywood are movie writers.
Core Values
What matters most to me is God, first, then family. Without the 2, you are not all that you can be. God matters mostly because He sent his son, Jesus, to die on the cross for our sins. His mercy is limitless and his grace is unmeasurable. God forgives and loves us forever. We are his children and to Him, I am a loyal servant. God placed us on earth with free will to decide how we want to live our lives. He gave us a guide, called the Bible. that will help us when we are up and when we are down. It helps us with our relationships, our jobs our strengths, weaknesses and every single other thing you could think of. Scriptures in the Bible can be applied to any situation in life. Secondly, I feel that family is the second most important. This is because God blessed me with a supportive, loving, caring family that I can lean on no matter when and no matter for what. I have a specific confidence that could not have been achieved if I did not have the family foundation that I have. Unfortunately, many people can not relate to what I am saying and that is sad. That is why I am so thankful for what I have and the people to share it with. I believe my family has given me the tools to successful interact with people. For instance, my parents and grandparents especially, taught us manners. They told us how and when to say, "Thank you", "Please", "No thank you", "Yes ma'am", or "Yes sir". To this day, I still greet people with respect and speak to them the way I'd like to spoken to. I think people I know outside of my family appreciate my kindness and manners. Another thing I find important is morals. While we don't always follow them, myself included, I think it is necessary to have a few. It will convict you from committing any stupid actions that can be detrimental for you or your family and friends. "The designer must integrate the values into any brand communication, and their creative ideas should work around these." (Davis, M., and Baldwin, J. (2006).
